Permit me to introduce myself. My name is Doc Jenkins.
Away back in the 50’s, at the ripe age of 16, I first began entertaining on stage, radio and TV. In 1992 I became the youngest member of the Amarillo Senior Citizen’s Band. They taught me a great deal.
I discovered that if I took Country Music, weeded out the sad songs, added some sing-a-longs from the 20’s 30’s 40’s and 50’s, and injected a good clean brand of humor that I ended up with:
“A Musical Prescription for Joy” … hence the name DOC JENKINS.
My music has been played over the airwaves in Europe, Canada and the USA. I love entertaining and my love for seniors and music is projected in what I do for them.
I use a lot of equipment to project a clear quality sound. I am after CLARITY AND QUALITY … NOT VOLUME.
Enclosed please find quotations from some letters of reference that I am certain you will find interesting. I appreciate being of service to you.
Sincerely,
Doc Jenkins
